Air Travel

This year, you are responsible for booking your own air travel. We recommend booking your flights in Oracle. Flights can be expensed under the ForWArd coding 202.281215.50200 with project code 430003.

YOU ARE REQUIRED TO ARRIVE AT THE HOTEL BY 12:00PM ON FEBRUARY 25 AND NOT DEPART FROM THE HOTEL EARLIER THAN 1:00PM ON FEBRUARY 27, FLIGHTS SHOULD BE BOOKED AFTER 3:00PM. IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO ATTEND THE FULL TIME, PLEASE EMAIL walcommunications@westernalliancebank.com. 

Arrival Ground Transportation

Arrival: Please plan to arrange your own transportation via Uber or Lyft from the Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport to the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess. The hotel is approximately 45 minutes (22 miles) away from Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport depending on traffic.

Departure Ground Transportation

Lunch will begin at 12:00 PM. On Friday, February 27, shuttle transportation from the hotel to Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport will be available starting at 12:30 PM.

All conference attendees that received this link will have a hotel room for the event and are expected to stay on property. If you are local and would prefer to stay at home, please email the Western Alliance Events Team at walcommunications@westernalliancebank.com. Your hotel accommodations (room, tax, parking and resort fee) will be taken care of by the event. 

Hotel Check-In Time is 4:00 PM
While the hotel cannot guarantee an early check-in, they will do their best to accommodate this. If for any reason they are unable to, they can store your luggage and provide you a key to enjoy the facilities.

Hotel Check-Out Time is 11:00 AM

Luggage Storage will be available at the Bell Desk for you to store your luggage after you check out on Friday morning.

Valet parking is available at the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess and will be validated at the registration desk.

May I extend my stay at the hotel?
ForWArd is handling your hotel reservations and covering your costs for room and tax during the conference dates only for check in Wednesday, 2/25/26 and check out Friday, 2/27/26. If you need any nights beyond ForWArd for business purposes, you will need to book separate hotel accommodations as the hotel is completely sold out and expense it to your cost center. If you plan to extend your stay for personal reasons, you are responsible for any additional costs incurred.

How do I make my airline reservations?

You are responsible for booking your own airline travel and expensing it to 202.281215.50200 with project code 430003.

May I upgrade to First Class or upgrade my seating?
Please refer to the company policy related to upgrade seating allowance.

Will there be any out-of-pocket costs?
During the official dates of the event, expenses associated with airfare, ground transportation, overnight accommodations and sponsored meals will be covered for you. All conference meals and expenses Wednesday afternoon through Friday afternoon will be provided at the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess through regular programming. Anything beyond what is provided should be paid for on a personal card.

What if I have special dietary requirements?

Please note any dietary requirements under the "Register" tab when you register, and we will be more than happy to accommodate these requests.

What is the weather like in February?
In February daily high temperatures average from 68°F to 73°F and it is overcast or mostly cloudy about 37% of the time.

What should I pack?
