Western Alliance Bank's annual Class Action Law Forum (CALF) is held in collaboration with the University of San Diego School of Law and directly benefits the Western Alliance Bank Scholarship Fund, supporting a USD Law School student in financial need.
Attendees will hear insights and take part in discussions on the most important developments and issues surrounding class actions and mass torts. Our panelists include sitting federal judges and top defense and plaintiffs' attorneys.
Class Action Law Forum registration and sponsorship proceeds directly benefit the Western Alliance Bank Scholarship Fund, supporting a law student at the University of San Diego School of Law, who is in financial need and also participates in CALF. The scholarship fund provides law students at USD the financial support they need to focus on their studies and other necessities while on their journey to becoming a practicing attorney. It is a distinct privilege to support the law students at USD.
Samantha Weber was the recipient of our 2025 scholarship and also participated in supporting several panels during our Class Action Law Forum.
University of San Diego School of Law students who assist with our program assemble summaries of the sessions. These students work as research assistants for the judges and practitioners in preparing for conference presentations and composing these summaries, detailing each of the panels they support.
While the 2025 summaries are being finalized, please enjoy reading the 2024 summaries in preparation for our 2026 Program.
